Several law enforcement agencies are investigating four bank robberies in Virginia that appear to be similar. Winchester Police said a man robbed the Bank of Clarke County at 200 North Loudoun St. on Nov. 4. The suspect mentioned a weapon but did not show it to the bank tellers. The man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
Loudoun County Sheriff’s officials said a robbery occurred at the Bank of America at 45900 Regal Plaza in Sterling on Oct. 6. The man entered the bank and displayed a weapon. The bank teller surrendered an undisclosed amount of money.
