Police are looking for a man who flashed a woman near the University of Maryland campus on Valentine’s Day.
Prince George’s County police said the man approached a woman in a parking garage in the 4500 block of Knox Road in College Park and exposed himself. He then fled.

The suspect is described as a white male about 40 years old, 5-feet-8 and 160 pounds. He was wearing a black knit cap, jacket and tie.
