<br/></div> <p>Prince George’s County police have arrested a teenager in connection with the murder of a 16-year-old in Fort Washington last summer.</p> <p>Nineteen-year-old Marquis Desean Foster was charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Marquis Davis, who was killed June 20 in the 11100 block of John Paul Jones Avenue. Davis, 16, of Clinton, was found dead in the street.</p> <p>Police said they developed Foster as a suspect and arrested him Monday at his Fort Washington home without incident. He remained held without bond on Tuesday.</p> <p> </p>
