Prince George’s County police arrested a gang member Friday after finding more than 23 pounds of marijuana, $4,000 in cash and ammunition in his Suitland apartment.
Leon Flythe, 28, of the 3500 block of Parkway Terrace Drive, was charged with felony possession with the intent to distribute marijuana. He is being held on a $60,000 bond.
Police had a search warrant for Flythe’s apartment. The search was part of Prince George’s County’s Transforming Neighborhoods Initiative. Suitland is one of the initiative’s target neighborhoods.
