UPDATED, 4:02 p.m.: The jurors sent a third note, asking to see an exhibit that had not yet been sent to the jury room because it wasn’t initialed by the judge. The exhibit appears to be a handwritten note Huguely wrote to Love. The jury didn’t clarify its earlier note on seemingly contradictory jury instructions.
