<br/></div> <p>A man was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries after he was shot in a home in Northwest Washington, police said.</p> <p>Around 10:15 p.m. Monday, three suspects forced their way into a residence in the 5800 block of 9th Street NW. The suspects took money, and as they were leaving, one of the suspects shot an adult male resident, D.C. police spokesman Officer Araz Alali said Tuesday morning.</p> <p>The victim described one of the suspects as a black man, 25-to-30 years old, 5-feet-8, 185-to-200 pounds, and wearing a black shirt and pants. A second suspect was described as a black man, 25-to-30 years old, 5-feet-8 to 5-feet-10, 185-to-200 pounds, wearing a black shirt and pants, Alali said. </p> <p>The third suspect was described by the victim as a black man 30-to 50 years old, about 5-feet-10, 230-to-260 pounds, with a salt-and-pepper goatee and black hair. He was wearing black pants and shoes, Alali said.</p>
