D.C. police and the FBI are seeking information about a man who robbed one Northwest D.C. bank and attempted to rob another, and officials say he wore a hat with an image resembling a skeletal religious figure.
On Sept. 30, the man walked into the Wells Fargo branch at 1804 Adams Mill Road NW. He passed the teller a note, pulled a gun from his waistband, showed it to the teller and put it away, FBI officials said. After obtaining money, he fled.
