Prince William County Police made an arrest in a deadly stabbing in Manassas.
Elvin Yobex Guzman Lopez, 21, has been charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of 22-year-old Edwin Enamorado Matute.

Police said Lopez and Matute got into an argument in the area of Parkland Street and Old Centreville Road at about 9 p.m. Saturday.
Lopez pulled out a knife and Matute ran, but fell, police said. Lopez jumped on Matute and stabbed him several times before witnesses intervened, police said.
The victim was taken to his residence in the 7600 block of Somerset Lane and called police. Matute was taken to a hospital and died.
