CLAY, N.Y. (AP) — A 31-year-old upstate New York man has been indicted on arson charges in connection with a fire that destroyed the home of a neighbor who caused a fatal car crash.
Joshua Brennan, of Clay in suburban Syracuse, is accused of setting a fire at the home of Muhammad Baqir a little more than a week after Baqir caused a head-on crash that killed 34-year-old Meagan Patterson.
