Virginia man charged in deadly Fairfax wreck

A 24-year-old Herndon man has been charged with two counts of aggravated involuntary manslaughter after a deadly crash killed two men and seriously injured a taxi driver.

Manuel Alejandro Jimenez Benitez of Rolling Fork Circle was driving a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer on Fairfax County Parkway around 1:45 a.m. Saturday when he veered into the opposite lanes near Wiehle Avenue, according to Fairfax County Police.
