A 27-year-old woman was pulled from a burning car after she was rear-ended on the Capital Beltway in College Park during Wednesday’s morning commute.
The driver was dazed and unable to get out of her Jeep Wrangler because her foot was stuck underneath the brake pedal and the doors were stuck shut, Montgomery County fire spokesman Mark Brady said.

She was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, Brady said.
