Nearly 39 years ago, hunters stumbled upon the body of a young woman near the Bowie Race Track, just north of the Prince George’s County line, in Anne Arundel County.
The female was identified as 17-year-old Donna Lee Dustin, a beautiful and popular 1973 graduate of Bowie High School.
