San Francisco 49ers rookie Ricky Pearsall was shot in Union Square in San Francisco on Saturday during an attempted robbery.
Pearsall suffered a bullet wound in his chest and is in “serious but stable condition,” according to a statement from the San Francisco 49ers posted on X. The suspect, a 17-year-old from Tracy, California, has been arrested, according to NBC Bay Area.
