Anthony Cameron Kendall shouldn’t be hard to spot, especially with the weather heating up. He has a tattoo of the moon and a star on his face and a scorpion on his neck.

The 24-year-old Kendall is wanted by the District of Columbia on warrants for escaping from a halfway house and for assault with intent to kill while using a knife. He’s also wanted on charges of violating his parole for assault on a police officer.
