A D.C. man was sentenced to 20 years in prison for killing a man in a jealous rage in Southeast Washington.
Katrell Henry, 37, was convicted in November of voluntary manslaughter while armed and three related firearms offenses in the death of Laroy Bryant, 31.

Henry was jealous of Bryant’s new relationship with the mother of Henry’s daughter.
Henry confronted Bryant in a parking lot in the 2400 block of Hartford Street SE. Henry went into his nearby residence and retrieved a .22-caliber revolver. He came back outside, keeping the gun concealed against his leg and confronted Bryant again.
Henry fired three to four shots, striking Bryant in the face, chest and back.
