A 19-year-old man was taken into custody on Sunday after allegedly vandalizing a memorial for Charlie Kirk outside Turning Point USA’s headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.

Video of the incident shows a man in a black T-shirt and blue jeans trampling the various items at the memorial, with witnesses saying the suspect was kicking over the flowers, vases, and flags on display. The man was quickly thrown to the ground by an onlooker before being arrested by a nearby police officer.
