Former Hollywood giant Harvey Weinstein was sentenced to 15 years in prison for sexually assaulting his former assistant, Miriam Haley, more than six years after the disgraced producer was first convicted.

Weinstein, 74, was sentenced Wednesday in New York for forcibly performing oral sex on Haley at his apartment in 2006. A jury convicted Weinstein of the charge during a retrial last year after the state’s highest court overturned his original conviction.
