ARLINGTON, Va. (AP) — Police are investigating a fatal armed robbery at a jewelry store in Arlington.
Police say the robbery happened around 4 p.m. Friday. The family of a man working at the jewelry store called police when he didn’t return home from his shift. Police said the 52-year-old Herndon resident was found with a fatal injury inside the jewelry store in the 3200 block of Columbia Pike. He was declared dead at the scene.

Surveillance video shows a suspect entering the store in a neon yellow traffic vest. Police say the suspect is still at large and should be considered dangerous.
An investigation is ongoing.
