Silicone implants that enlarge the buttocks sound risque, but they’re also illicit and potentially deadly. A woman accused of offering just that service was recently arrested in a downtown D.C. hotel, according to court records.
Federal authorities say women wanted 45-year-old Kimberly Smedley to give them injections of liquid silicone to “increase the size and shape” of their buttocks.
