A 47-year-old man wearing a diaper was arrested for shouting profanities at children while trick-or-treating in Ocean City, Maryland State Police said.
Joseph David DiVanna of Sarasota, Fla., was arrested shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday and charged with disorderly conduct.
