Police said a 23-year-old Alexandria man died after the car he was driving overturned, causing a three-vehicle crash on I-95 in Fairfax County.

Police said Ryan Cox of Alexandria was driving his car south on I-95 near the exit ramp for Backlick Road shortly after 12 a.m. on Saturday when the car overturned and rolled back onto the southbound lanes, hitting another car. That car hit a tractor trailer.
