Norfolk attorney pleads guilty in fraud case

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — A Norfolk attorney has pleaded guilty to charges that he stole more than $2 million from real estate trust accounts.

U.S. Attorney Dana J. Boente’s office says 44-year-old David R. Flynn pleaded guilty Wednesday to mail fraud and unlawful monetary transactions.
