Three men sentenced in killing caught on 911 call

Three Prince George’s County men were sentenced to at least 19 years in prison each for a fatal stabbing that was captured on the victim’s 911 call for help.

Wayne “Face” Jackson, 23, of Capitol Heights, was sentenced to 24 years; Harold “Rocky” Proctor, 20, received 19 years; and Christopher Williams, 21, was sentenced to 22 years for the 2011 slaying in Southeast Washington.
