Man convicted in Maslin beating on Capitol Hill

A Fort Washington man was convicted in the beating and robbery of a young Capitol Hill father, officials said.

Tommy Branch was found guilty Wednesday in D.C. Superior Court of the attack on Thomas “TC” Maslin.
