Police are looking for a man who took pictures under a female victim’s skirt at a Target store in Falls Church.
About 8 p.m. on June 19, the woman felt someone touch underneath her skirt, near the back of her thigh, Fairfax County police said. The woman turned, noticed a camera flash and saw a man jump away from her. She immediately notified the store security, and surveillance video confirmed the incident.

The suspect was 25 to 35 years old, about 5-foot-6 and 155 pounds. He wore a light-colored shirt, white shoes and was last seen getting into the passenger side of a white box truck.
