A 20-year-old District man was found guilty of robbing an elderly woman of her high-end automobile and leading police on a high-speed chase through crowded residential streets in Southeast D.C., U.S. Attorneys announced.

Arthur Vincent Daniels was convicted of 14 charges, including armed carjacking of a senior citizen, assault on a police officer while armed, destruction of property and other offenses.
