Actor Zachary Levi made a call for conservatives in Hollywood to not be afraid of sharing their beliefs ahead of the 2024 election, citing the current state of Hollywood for why “it’s now or never.”
Levi’s call was prefaced with a rebuttal against a statement The View’s Whoopi Goldberg made, claiming that Hollywood has “always been a very right-leaning town” when she rebuked him for being concerned his support for former President Donald Trump could hurt his acting career. The actor contended that actors with conservative beliefs need to be “at a certain level of your career” to state their beliefs confidently, noting that Goldberg was only able to list Jon Voight and Dennis Quaid as examples.
