Attorney General Pam Bondi pushed back against the “outrageous” judges who have issued rulings against the Trump administration’s work to downsize the government, assuring that she and the Justice Department will “fight back.”

President Donald Trump said Tuesday that the administration will “look at the judges” in the wake of recent rulings, such as the Department of Government Efficiency getting barred from the Treasury Department’s payment system. In explaining Trump’s comment, Bondi argued that “unelected judges” are attempting to control government spending, despite how there is “a clear separation of powers.”
