The Department of Justice is investigating an anti-ICE protest in Minneapolis that saw demonstrators interrupt a church service over one of its pastors, who they claimed also works for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon announced the investigation in an X post, saying officials are looking at possible violations of the FACE Act, which generally protects places of worship from protests.
