Bondi was interviewed on May 29 by the committee, which is looking into the Justice Department’s handling of the Epstein files.

Noel was one of the two prison guards at the facility where Epstein was found dead in 2019. The move comes after lawmakers criticized the DOJ for withholding files related to Epstein, a disgraced financier and convicted sex offender with ties to many powerful people.
Last month, Noel testified in a closed-door deposition before the committee. She previously told investigators that she believes she was the last person to see Epstein alive.
