Herschel Walker’s son on Tuesday doubled down on allegations that his famous father purposely misled voters by orchestrating a false narrative about having a happy home life.
Christian Walker posted two videos on social media accusing his father, the Republican nominee in Georgia’s Senate race, of fictionalizing his life.

“I’ve stayed silent for nearly two years as my whole life has been lied about publicly,” Christian Walker said in the first video, posted to Twitter. “I did ONE campaign event, then said I didn’t want involvement.”

He added in a subsequent post that he had stayed quiet through a litany of scandals involving his father, including claims of domestic violence, lying about his credentials, and fathering “all these random kids across the country, none of whom he raised.”
The younger Walker seemed to reference his mother’s allegation that Herschel Walker held a gun to her head and threatened to “blow [her] brains out.”
Tuesday’s videos follow tweets Christian Walker sent Monday night after the Daily Beast published an incendiary article that claimed the GOP Senate hopeful had paid a woman he had been seeing in 2009 $700 to get an abortion. Walker has campaigned on a strict anti-abortion platform and has advocated a national ban, even in cases of rape and incest.
His son, a 23-year-old conservative social media influencer, appeared to defend the Daily Beast article, mentioning a handwritten card his father apparently sent his ex following the alleged abortion.
“It’s literally his handwriting in the card. They say they have receipts. Whatever. He gets on Twitter, he lies about it. OK, I’m done,” Christian Walker said.
Herschel Walker has strongly denied the claims, calling it “another repugnant hatchet job,” and vowed to sue the outlet.
Former President Donald Trump came to the Heisman Trophy-winner’s defense Tuesday afternoon.
“Herschel Walker is being slandered and maligned by the Fake News Media and obviously, the Democrats,” Trump wrote in a statement. He added, “They are trying to destroy a man who has true greatness in his future, just as he had athletic greatness in his past.”

Walker and his Democratic opponent, Sen. Raphael Warnock, are in a high-stakes contest that could determine which political party controls the upper chamber of Congress next year.
