Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) raised $1 million in the last three months of 2023, the most he’s ever posted in fourth-quarter filings in a nonelection year

Paul began this year with more than $6 million in the bank despite not being on the ballot again until 2028, according to his Federal Election Commission filings submitted on Sunday, three days before the fourth-quarter deadline. The Kentucky senator won reelection to a third term in 2022, at which point he had $5 million in cash on hand. He raised over $3.1 million in 2023.
