Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) got visibly irritated when he abruptly attempted to end an interview after providing an answer to whether Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) should join him in the Senate.

Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez have been conducting a “fighting oligarchy” tour across the nation to protest against President Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Sanders called her “extraordinary” for her work in Congress. The independent senator was then asked on ABC News’s This Week if he would like to see her run for Senate, as speculation has been raised over her possibly running a primary against Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY).
