The nonpartisan Cook Political Report rates four states — Alaska, Ohio, Michigan, and Maine — as “toss ups.” It considers Georgia, North Carolina, and New Hampshire to be “Lean Democrat,” while Iowa and Texas fall into the “Lean Republican” category.
