Carville: Hillary in 2016

Longtime Clinton family political advisor James Carville isn’t counting Secretary Hillary Clinton out of the 2016 presidential race. “I always assume that if people run, they will run again,” says Carville, equating presidential bids to itches that can’t be scratched away.

But he dismisses talk that President Obama will dump Vice President Joe Biden for Clinton in a a long rumored move to shore up support among progressive Democrats.
