Mainstream Media Scream: Morning Joe crew denounces Sinclair, ‘chilling’

This week’s Mainstream Media Scream features a regular, the MSNBC Morning Joe crew, this time feigning outrage at the growing Sinclair TV group and the commentary warning of “one sided news stories plaguing our country” they had local anchors read.

Joe Scarborough cited “all of the false information coming out of the White House” and how he saw “an ally of the president using a lot of local news stations to run a propaganda clip.” Co-host Mika Brzezinski called it “frightening” before guest Jon Meacham, the former editor of the once thriving Newsweek, denounced it as “beyond chilling.”
