A new fundraising pitch from the GOP that offers the picks for Donald Trump’s vice presidential nominee omits House Speaker Paul Ryan and other popular choices including Sen. Ted Cruz, Ohio Gov. John Kasich and former Texas Gov. Rick Perry.

Instead, the email from the National Republican Senatorial Committee offers names like Rep. Marsha Blackburn, former Sen. Scott Brown, Dr. Ben Carson and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.
It is in the form of a poll. “Donald Trump is the only remaining candidate in the Republican presidential race and has now become the presumptive nominee. Now he needs to select a running mate! Who do you want to be Donald Trump’s vice president?” said the NRSC email.
