N.H. Republicans on Hillary Clinton: ‘Liar,’ ‘old,’ Benghazi,’ ‘crook’

Despite her pleas for bipartisanship and togetherness, it doesn’t look like Democrat Hillary Clinton has much crossover appeal to New Hampshire Republicans.

Among the words the state’s GOP used to describe the former secretary of state in a new Suffolk University poll released Thursday were “liar,” “old,” and “corrupt.” In fact, 66.4 percent of the responses were negative, or down-right nasty.

Some 500 Republicans were asked this question: “What is the first word/phrase that comes to mind when you hear the name ‘Hillary Clinton.”
