Even before voters had a chance to weigh in on last night’s presidential debate slugfest, Democrat Joe Biden surged into a comfortable 8-point lead in the just-released Weekly White House Watch from Rasmussen Reports.
Biden’s 51%-43% lead is the Democrat’s first time over 50% and is Trump’s lowest level of support from likely voters since August.
