Donald Trump’s top ally in the House today charged that plans to arrest the former president, possibly next week, is part of a “political persecution” meant to stall his 2024 bid for the White House.

TRUMP EXPECTS HIS ARREST IN STORMY DANIELS CASE
Trump early Saturday confirmed reports that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg would seek his arrest as early as Tuesday.
According to reports, Bragg is under pressure to indict Trump on charges related to the investigation into hush-money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016. The investigation, said the reports, is over the Trump Organization’s classification of a $130,000 payment to Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, for an alleged similar payment to Daniels.
It’s considered a misdemeanor, but can be changed to a felony, said the reports.
We must bring in the Biden DOJ officials who have been coordinating with the Manhattan DA to testify.

Greene said that the case is an out-of-control example of the efforts by liberals to bring Trump down and his political career. She also said that it will result in a huge voter backlash.
“Trump will win in the biggest landslide victory if they arrest him. People are furious!” she said.
Greene also said that she is pushing the Republican House conference to investigate Bragg’s efforts and those by the Biden Justice Department targeting Trump, and added that voters will reject the GOP if they do nothing.

“I am pushing hard in my conference to subpoena Biden and DOJ officials that are coordinating the Manhattan DA’s office, and this fake political persecution,” she said.
“Republicans in Congress have to stand up to this, or the base will not support any Republican that doesn’t fight. This is a line in the sand,” added Greene, a close Trump ally who regularly communicates with the former president.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy hours later today announced plans to investigate the Trump probe. “I’m directing relevant committees to immediately investigate if federal funds are being used to subvert our democracy by interfering in elections with politically motivated prosecutions,” he said in a tweet.
Greene told Secrets that she believes the timing of the possible indictment and arrest is meant to overshadow and hide a growing GOP case into the Biden family’s financial ties to China.
Biden’s DOJ is coordinating with the Democrat Manhattan DA to arrest Donald Trump, the top Republican Presidential candidate for 2024, and charge him with a fake outdated misdemeanor charge.

“And as soon as we rolled out real proof that the Biden family was getting paid by China for influence,” she said, “they decide to arrest the leading Republican candidate for president in 2024! This is what they do in communist countries!”
She also tweeted support for Trump and made her case to probe Bragg.

In one tweet, she wrote, “Republicans in Congress MUST subpoena these communists and END this! We have the power to do it and we also have the power to DEFUND their salaries and departments! Enough of this!”
In a subsequent tweet, she added, “Of course as soon as our Oversight Committee comes out with REAL PROOF that the entire Biden family was getting paid by CHINA for influence and favors from Joe Biden, these communists thugs decide to arrest Trump. IMPEACH JOE BIDEN!!! And it’s not even political like Trump impeachments, it’s actually deserved.”
