GOP: Fight for Constitution more important than election victory — With the White House in the background, Rep. A large group of House Republicans planning to challenge the Electoral College votes of several states today is acknowledging that they probably won’t win but that the fight for the “rule of law” is too important to ignore.

Some 37 members released a joint statement of their pledge to challenge the votes today in the final stage of the process to certify Joe Biden’s Electoral College victory.
