Rasmussen Reports, which has shown a consistent edge for House Republicans in the fall election, has just recorded a turnaround of sorts, with Democrats now just 1 percent behind the GOP on the generic congressional ballot.
In latest poll, House Republicans now lead by just 41 percent-40 percent, a five point jump in just one week. “This is the closest gap between the two parties since the third week in February,” said the pollster.
