The exiting of Sen. Marco Rubio and Ben Carson from the GOP presidential race has not made a big impact on the remaining candidates, with Donald Trump maintaining his 15 point lead over Sen. Ted Cruz, according to a new national report.
Rasmussen Reports found that all three remaining candidates, including Ohio Gov. John Kasich, rose in its latest survey.

However in the end it was still Donald Trump in the driver’s seat, despite expectations by GOP officials that Rubio’s and Carson’s support would go to one of the businessman’s opponents. Cruz appears to have been the top beneficiary, but all shared in Rubio’s withdrawal.
Currently the numbers are:
— 43 percent, Trump.
— 28 percent, Cruz.
— 21 percent Kasich.
In February, Rasmussen had it at:
— Trump 36 percent.
— Rubio 21 percent.
— Cruz 17 percent.
— Kasich 12 percent.
— Carson 8 percent.
