The Obama administration’s focus on fighting poverty through anti-drug and safe sex messages is missing the key ingredient to what makes people poor: broken marriages.

In a stunning new report from the Heritage Foundation, failed marriages are to blame in the overwhelming number of poverty cases, more than drugs or teen sex.
