Vice President Kamala Harris addressed the National Black Caucus of State Legislators’s 48th Annual Legislative Conference on Thursday afternoon after keeping a low profile since losing the election to President-elect Donald Trump.

Harris thanked the group, which held its conference in Washington, D.C., for its work addressing the community needs of African Americans across the nation.
