White House to celebrate Easter in ‘return to golden era’

The White House Faith Office said President Donald Trump will ring in the Easter holiday differently than his predecessor, former President Joe Biden.

Biden, a lifelong Catholic, designated his last Easter in office as a “Day of Trans Visibility,” opting to appeal to the transgender community on the religious holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus. In contrast, Trump already hosted faith leaders at the White House for an evening of prayer and released a video message for the holiday.
