Republicans are mocking Democrats for a proposed post-election project aimed at improving how the party and its candidates communicate with men, one that could cost $20 million.
The “Speaking with American Men: A Strategic Plan” proposal promises to invest in the “syntax, language and content that gains attention and virality in these spaces,” according to the New York Times. A prospectus recommends advertising in video games and avoiding “a moralizing tone.”
