President Donald Trump is meeting Iraq‘s new prime minister, Ali al Zaidi, at the White House on Tuesday morning, after applauding his rise in the Middle East.

The two men will speak to the press around 11 a.m., after Trump described al-Zaidi’s April victory as the “beginning of a tremendous new chapter between our Nations — Prosperity, Stability, and Success like never seen before.”
