Karoline Leavitt to hold first press briefing since return from maternity leave

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt is set to return to the podium on Thursday after taking months of leave for the birth of her second child.

Leavitt is briefing reporters at the White House on Thursday afternoon, according to the White House schedule, when she will likely field questions about Iran, the midterm elections, and President Donald Trump’s primetime speech to the nation that evening, among other issues.
