Mamdani reiterated last weekend that he is considering arresting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu when Netanyahu is in New York City this September for the United Nations’s General Assembly, two years after the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest over allegations of war crimes in Gaza.
